Latest Tasks

The Latest Tasks section lists tasks that have been completed, cancelled, declined or expired during the current shift. The section heading also includes the number of tasks listed in brackets.

To view more information about a task listed in the Latest Tasks, tap the information button next to the task.

Note: The Latest Tasks section is cleared when the user logs out. When the task handler logs in and the Landing page is displayed, no tasks are listed.

Note: Your site may be configured so the Latest Tasks section is not displayed.
