Silent Mode

The Silent mode option is used enable and disable Silent mode.

Silent Mode restricts the audio notifications associated with the IWS Mobile app to prevent disruption while on shift. This is especially useful for night shift and task handlers in "quiet zones". When selected the phone only vibrates on receiving a notification.

This option is a toggle switch and tapping the item enables or disables silent mode.
