All the task activities are date and time stamped.

Activity	Description
Added the task	User who added the task.
Cancelled the task	User who cancelled the task and the reason.
Paused the task	User who paused the task and the reason.
Resumed the task	User who resumed the task.
Task assigned to	User who the task was assigned to.
Accepted the task	User who accepted the task.
Declined the task	User who declined the task and the reason.
Completed the task	User who completed the task.
Completed the task with post-task activity	User who completed the task and the post-task activity.
Approved the task	User who approved the task.
Denied the task	User who denied the task approval and the reason.
Modified and approved the task	User who amended the task details and then approved the task.
Cancelled the task	User who cancelled the task and the reason.
Added the task by re-opening Task ID number	User who added the task by re-opening a cancelled task.
Passed verification for the task	User who passed the task verification.
Task has been auto-verified	When the task has been pending verification for a set number of hours, the task is verified automatically.
Failed task verification for the task.	User who failed the task verification and the reason, ID of the re-opened task and the reason.
Arrived at [waypoint arrival]	Task handler who arrived at the specified waypoint.
