Off Shift Task Handlers

A task handler is referred to as Off Shift when they have logged out of the phone app and their shift has ended.

The Off Shift Task Handlers tab displays:

Field	Definition
Workgroup	The Workgroup drop-down displays the currently selected workgroup's name with the number of task handlers in that workgroup shown in brackets. The workgroups listed within the drop-down depends on user permissions.
Name	The task handler's name.
Last Shift Time	Date and time of the task handler's last shift.
	Click the information icon to display the task handler's email address only.

Sort Order

The default sort order for this page is by Last Shift Time, with the most recently finished shift at the top.
