Verification Passed

1. When you have reviewed the task and your decision is that it has met the expected compliance level, select the task to open the task's flyout or click the maximise button to display the Task Information view. Click .
2. The verified task is moved from the Pending Verification tab to the Completed Task List page which is displayed on the screen with the Task Status displayed as Verification Passed Completed.

   

3. A notification is displayed confirming the task has passed verification.
4. A task activity is added which displays the verifier name who passed the task with the timestamp.

Verification Passed (Auto Verification)

When a task has been waiting in the Pending Verification tab for more than the configured time, it is verified automatically.

The verified task is moved from the Pending Verification tab to the Completed Task List page with the Task Status displayed as Verification Passed (Auto Verification) Completed.

A task activity is added which displays that the task has been auto verified with the timestamp.
