Notifications
The IWS application sends out alerts to task handlers for various activities using a combination of sound and vibration. The IWS application uses the first three sounds of the mobile to differentiate between the different types of activities, as shown by the number in brackets in the list below:

When a task is assigned to the task handler (1).

When a task is cancelled (2).

When a break, meeting or a pause in the task is about to finish (3).

When the current shift is ending (3).

The primary task handler is notified when an assistant task is in progress, paused or resumed (vibration only).

When a task is completed (3).

The primary task handler is notified when an assistant task is completed (3).

When a post task activity is completed (1).
-
When a task has been auto completed (1).
-
When the mobile app checks for the task handler's availability (1).

When retry messages are sent (vibration only).
Note: When the phone is set to Silent Mode, the notification uses vibration only.
