Tasks are added via the web-based IWS Tasking Portal. These are automatically scheduled and allocated to the most appropriate person.
Any authorised staff member can add tasks to the web-based Tasking Portal. Tasks are automatically scheduled and allocated to the most appropriate person using our location-powered scheduling algorithms on the principle of Right Person, Right Time, Right Place.
