Listed below are some frequently asked questions. You may find the answer you are looking for here, which will be quicker than logging a call with the support team.

The tasks that you can see will depend on the permissions you have been given. These are based around Workgroups and Roles, which include location. You will be able to see all those tasks that are necessary for your role.
No, if a task type needs to more than one task handler (e.g. mortuary transfer), the task will have the ability for the primary task handler to request assistance themselves. This will generate the appropriate Assistant Tasks which will be assigned to task handlers as usual.
You will not need to submit another task.

Click Add Task in the Navigation bar.

Complete the screens (Task Information, Task Details, Waypoints, Other Information), using Next to move to the next screen.
Note: You will not be able to click Next until all mandatory fields (marked with a red *) have been completed on the current screen.

On the last screen (Other Information), click Submit.

The task is displayed on the Task List page under the relevant tab according to its status.

From the Task List page, click on the task to display the flyout screen.

Click the Cancel Task button. The Cancel Task dialog box displays.

From the drop-down, select the reason for the cancellation and click Cancel Task.

The task is moved and displayed in the Cancelled Task List screen.

Go to the Task List screen to locate the task.
Note: If necessary, use the Search option as above.

The Task Status column is on the right-hand side of the screen.

You can also click on the task to see the task details in the flyout screen.

Click Add Task in the Navigation bar.

On the Task Information screen, in the Task Type field, select Patient Move.

Complete the relevant Priority and Schedule Type and click Next.

On the Task Details screen, complete the patient details, and any relevant infection risk and patient transfer details. Click Next.

On the Waypoints screen enter all the relevant waypoint details. Click Next.
Note: Some waypoints may be pre-populated depending how your system has been configured.

Enter any other relevant information for the task and click Submit.

The Search field is in the top right-hand corner of all screens.

Enter a key word and press Enter/Return.

The search returns a list of tasks that matches the entered text with whole words in the fields Task ID, Task type and Patient name.

To amend a task’s details, the task should be cancelled first and then re-Opened

A patient move task type is configured to allow return tasks.

From the Return Task List, click on the task for the patient that needs to be returned to their ward. The flyout screen displays.

Click the Create Return Task button. The Create Return Task screen displays with the task details pre-populated. This screen is the same as the Add Task screen except:

The Task Type field cannot be amended.

Scheduled tasks have the current date enter but need the time entered.

All other fields on the other screens can be amended as required.

The Waypoints are displayed in the reverse order.

When ready, click Submit Task to create the Return Task which is displayed in the Task List screen.

No. You can re-open any task that has been cancelled without having to re-enter all the information. For example, if a patient was not ready to be moved, the task might have been cancelled, but they are now ready.

From the Cancelled Task List, click on the task to display the flyout screen.

Click the Re-Open Task button. The Re-Open Task screen displays with the task details pre-populated. This screen is the same as the Add Task screen except:

The Task Type field cannot be amended.

When ready, click Submit Task to re-open the task with a new task ID which displays on the Task List. The original task remains in the Cancelled Task List.
Note: Assistant tasks cannot be re-opened.
