Assigning a Task Group

The assignment of a Task Group is slightly different to individual tasks for safety and efficiency. For example, the order the task is assigned is based on the most important task within the group, and the closest breach time.

Note: In order to override the Task Score of a group, the task with the lowest Task Score Category needs to be overridden. Please see Task Score for full details.

For a task group to be assigned to a task handler, the task handler must have all the skills to complete all tasks in the group (and there are no exclusions for any of the tasks).

Finally, Navenio’s scheduling algorithms allow for some assumed time savings when completing a group of tasks, through any optimisations made by the task handler using their experience and knowledge of the site. This enables the scheduler to efficiently plan other tasks in the queue.
