Pending Verification Tab

The Pending Verification tab lists those tasks that have been completed but require verification by a task verifier.

The columns in the Pending Verification tab are:

• Task ID

• Task Type

• Priority

• Created On

• Actual Completion Time

• Task Status - Displays Pending Verification. The verifier's name is added when the task is in the process of being verified.

Click on the task to display the flyout with the task's details and activity. The flyout screen is closed by clicking the close icon in the top right-hand corner or by clicking anywhere outside of the flyout.

You can also view this information in a maximised window, the Task Information view, by clicking the button. The task information screen is closed by clicking on the navigation bar.

The flyout displays all the task information entered plus who created the task and when it was created. There are also the following fields to note:

• The Completed By, Estimated Completion Time and Actual Completion Time fields have the relevant data displayed. The name of the person verifying the task is displayed in the Verifier Name field once verification is in progress.

• The Task Details tab displays details relevant to the task, waypoints, contact information and additional notes.

• The Task Activity tab displays entries for each stage of the task, with the latest entry at the top, with a date and time stamp.
