Cancelled Task List

The Cancelled Task List displays tasks that have been cancelled either by a portal user or a task handler.

Note: The Cancelled By column is not sortable.

Note: Recurring task templates that have been denied approval are also listed on the Cancelled Task list page.

The number of cancelled tasks is displayed at the top left-hand corner of the screen.

The columns list for cancelled tasks are:

• Task ID

• Task Type

• Priority

• Cancelled By

• Cancelled On

• Reason

Click on the task to display the flyout with the task's details and activity. The flyout screen is closed by clicking the close icon in the top right-hand corner or by clicking anywhere outside of the flyout.

You can also view this information in a maximised window, the Task Information view, by clicking the button. The task information screen is closed by clicking on the navigation bar.

The flyout displays all the task information entered including the name of the person who cancelled the task, the reason for the cancellation and the cancellation date and time. There are also the following fields to note:

• The Task Status is displayed as Cancelled.

• The Task Details tab displays details relevant to the task, waypoints, contact information and additional notes.

• The Task Activity tab displays the history of task activities with the last activity being the cancellation date and time stamp and the reason for the cancellation.
