In-Progress Tab

The In-Progress tab lists those tasks that are in progress or paused by the task handler.

The columns in the In-Progress tab are:

• Task ID

• Task Type

• Priority

• Waypoint - - See the Waypoints Column topic for full details. Coming Soon.

• Estimated completion time - Displays the estimated time of the completion of the task. A clock icon indicates the task handler is out of range and the time is calculated using the task handler's last known location.

• Task Status - Displays In-progress or Paused. When the Task Status is Paused, the Reason field displays the pause reason.

• Task Handler - Displays the assigned task handler.

Click on the task to display the flyout with the task's details and activity. The flyout screen is closed by clicking the close icon in the top right-hand corner or by clicking anywhere outside of the flyout.

You can also view this information in a maximised window, the Task Information view, by clicking the button. The task information screen is closed by clicking on the navigation bar.

The flyout displays all the task information entered plus who created the task and when it was created. There are also the following fields to note:

• The Task Handler is displayed in its field and an Estimated Completion Time has been calculated and is displayed in the field. When the Task Status is Paused, the Reason field displays the pause reason.

• The Task Details tab displays details relevant to the task, waypoints, contact information and additional notes.

• The Task Activity tab displays entries for each stage of the task, with the latest entry at the top, with a date and time stamp.
