Landing Page

When the Landing page is displayed, the task handler's status is "ready" and available to have tasks assigned to them.

The task handler can update their status when busy using one of the 4 options available:

• In a Meeting

• On a Break

• On Emergency Response

• On Adhoc Request

• Latest Tasks

For example: When going for a lunch break, the task handler must select On a break and select the appropriate option for the duration of the break they wish. This updates their status to "On a break" and they are not assigned tasks for the duration of their break. They receive an alert when their break is about to end.

Note: This menu is not available when a task has been assigned.
